BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Research, analyze the market, and capture customer needs
  • Identify new business opportunities for Vietnam and other potential markets
  • Participate in the development of the company's strategy and business plan
  • Participate in the organization of events to promote and introduce the company's products and services
  • Develop and enhance relationships with new customers to uncover opportunities for growth
  • Identify trends, opportunities, or issues with key customers that could have an impact on revenue or profitability
  • Develop, execute and continually refresh the Business Development strategy

Requirement:

  • 5+ years of experience in developing B2B sales in IT industry or technical background is a big plus
  • Experience in new business development is preferred
  • Excellent skills of market research, data collection and analysis, work planning, networking ability
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Motivated, confident, team-player, strong interpersonal skills
